New video hotness from Dom Kennedy from his forthcoming album “From the Westside with Love II”.  This joint “Grind’n” is produced by Cardo and has that cool laidback summer afternoon feel.  Can’t wait for the album to drop as Dom Kennedy is one of my favs doing it right now in Los Angeles.

Here is Co$$ new video “Spaceman” off of his album Before I Awoke dropping on Tres Records.  This is a dope song and really does a good job of capturing that Leimert Park sound made famous by Freestyle Fellowship, Superb, and the Nonce before the skinny jeans hipster movement came in and took over the underground hip hop scene.

Gotham Green and Inglewood’s own El Prez drop a new EP for the masses during those puff puff pass moments.  The project is titled “Inhale”  This is a nice collection of beats and rhymes that dropped today at the appropriate time of 4:20pm.

Dope new video from Def Sound entitled “(A)Gain”.  He is currently fresh off his tour with J*Davey and Blu.  Dude has a lot of talent and is a welcome addition to the bubbling of new artists in the LA underground.  Creativity will rise again.

The LA rhyme slingger Diz Gibran is back after a lengthy haitus with his partner in crime Moonshine.  Nice horns set the mood on this track meant to signify the coming greatness that rests just beyond the horizon.  I’m looking forward to what these two cook up in the coming year, but I’m not holding my breath.

For all those that missed out on a great event, here are a few photos on the Ill Camille virtual listening party that went down at the good house of Regal Tenant.  The event was streamed live from the Regal Tenant website.  I must say that Ill Camille’s new album will be pure heatrocks.  Alot of heads rolled through including producers Battlecat, Terrace Martin, and Dae One to a host of rappers from the LA scene.  Be sure to peep the album when it drops.
